Install on Microsoft Windows

 

1. Install the Delivery package

 

To install Delivery on your computer, click on the following link:

 



Install  Delivery software package

 


You can run it directly or save it on your computer before running the program. Then follow the instructions on the screen.

 

2. Downloading documents

 

There are two ways of doing this:

 

  • Delivery Manager: automatically carries out all exchanges with the server in background mode, and also offers certain management functions. It is particularly adapted to a regular use on your usual computer.


    • Follow these steps to configure your Delivery Manager:


       

    • In the menu: Start/ All Programs/ Delivery, select: Delivery Manager. The icon is now accessible from the Icon Tray, in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.


    • In the settings window which opens up the first time it is run: enter you Delivery account login details (email address and password), click on "test your connection", and if the message "Connexion with Delivery Servers is OK", validate the settings by clicking on OK. Important: Your Delivery account login details have been sent to you by email at your first request of a Delivery document, these are different from those of the website where you purchased the document.


    • If the Settings window doesn't appear, right click on the Delivery Manager icon and click on "Settings" in the menu that appears.

      Downloading your documents:

       

    • Double-click on the Delivery icon in the Icon Tray (on the bottom right hand side of your screen) to open the Delivery Manager main window and click on "Refresh" to refresh the list of documents that are available. Select a document and click on Download. Once the download is completed click on My Delivery Documents to access the document.


    • If the automatic mode is selected in Settings (default mode), the Delivery Manager will automatically download all your documents.

  • Delivery Web Access: uses an internet browser to retrieve your documents. This is mostly used by travellers or to download a document on a computer used occasionally only. In the menu: Start/ All programs/ Delivery, select: Delivery Web Access. Download the documents and file them in the folder My documents\ My Delivery Documents.

Important: every document purchased gives right to two copies, the first one downloaded on your computer, the second one can be either downloaded onto a second computer, sent to a friend or transferred onto a USB key.
